Ada County TEA Party Members and Supporters,
You are invited to attend our Legislative Review Meet and Greet to be held at 6:30 PM, next Tuesday, March 3rd at the banquet room of Chicago Connection. The location is: 1935 S. Eagle Rd., Meridian, ID 83642. We will have time to mingle with the other Patriots in our membership and get acquainted. Please share this flier with your friends and families. You can also invite your friends and share our flier via Facebook. It's been awhile since we have had a Meet and Greet with a great speaker. But at this point, time is of essence. Liberty is always challenged while the lawmakers are in session.
We are fortunate to have a very busy Wayne Hoffman of the Idaho Freedom Foundation able to take some time away from his office and the legislature to speak with us. He will bring us up to date on the happenings within the walls of the Statehouse. Our legislature is now into the last stretch of passing many significant bills and in order to understand how this may play out, we are interested in Wayne's opinions, and you should take time to hear what he has to say. Also Parrish Miller, Idaho Freedom Foundation's legislative analyst, will be there to fill in with some analysis, to answer questions and offer a few opinions of his own. Don't miss out and please bring a pen to take some notes.
We will continue to send out weekly updates and possibly daily ACTION items that you might take the opportunity to act on in a timely manner each day to give guidance to your Legislators. Some upcoming legislation we may cover: Medicaid Expansion; 2nd Amendment (Gun) Legislation; Gas, Grocery, and other Tax legislation; Education bills; and much more.
Ada County TEA Party will be sending out a few educational articles this week to prime you for this Meet and Greet. We want to focus on a couple of them to educate our members and encourage them to get involved in the process.
Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to meeting with you next week.
President, Ada County TEA Party
